(TRUEPOINTNEWS) The controversial Local Government elections in Kaduna State has elicited reaction from the state  publicity secretary of the party, Hon. Maria Dogo who said that she was surprised the All Progressives Congress (APC) is claiming victory for an election that never took place.  Dogo was reacting on a statement issued by the  state Publicity Secretary of the APC, Mr. Salisu Wusono, congratulating the 23 and 255 chairmen and councillor-elect in our LGAs and wards across Kaduna State.
